Will Perez Hilton Clock Michael Lohan for Charity?

Time to cue the Rocky theme and start chasing chickens: Michael Lohan wants Perez Hilton to be his human punching bag.

Lindsay's dad was initially slated to duke it out with Kevin Federline for a New York children's charity, but since that fell through, he's targeting a new sparring partner.

“Out of all the people on this planet, if there is one person I would really love to get in the ring with me," he says, "it would be Perez Hilton."

And the gossip blogger isn't backing down. "The only thing [Lohan]'s good at is throwing jabs in the media toward Dina Lohan and Samantha Ronson," Hilton tells E! News.

"I don't think Michael Lohan can handle the whooping I'd throw his way. I would obliterate him with my right hook in the ring!"

Matt Damon and Wyclef Jean spent the weekend touring the Caribbean—but it wasn't a vacation.

The pair joined forces to bring attention to the desperate situation in Haiti, which has been hit by four tropical storms and hurricanes since mid-August, including Hurricane Ike last week. Hundreds of thousands of residents have been left hungry and homeless, and more than 300 people have died.

"It's inhumane," said Jean, who was born in Haiti. "I wish there was a word in the dictionary. No human should be living like this."

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may have newborn twins and four other children to care for, but that doesn't stop them from looking after hundreds of thousands of children in Ethiopia, too.

The Jolie-Pitt Foundation made a $2 million donation to the Global Health Committee on Saturday to create a center for AIDS- and tuberculosis-affected children in Ethiopia. The center will be named after the couple's daughter Zahara, 3, who was adopted from the African nation in 2005.

"It is our hope when Zahara is older, she will take responsibility of the clinic and continue its mission," Pitt said in a statement announcing the donation.

Wyclef Jean Rallies for Hurricane Relief in Haiti

Wyclef Jean is trying to keep his homeland above water.

The Haitian singer, who serves as a Goodwill Ambassador to the notoriously poor Caribbean nation, and his Yelé Haiti foundation have launched the Haiti Storm Relief Fund in response to the devastation wrought by Hurricanes Gustav, Ike and a series of storms that have also battered the southeastern U.S, the Bahamas and Cuba.

Jean's group has been doling out food, water, purification tablets, tents, blankets, medical supplies, hygiene kits and cash to various nonprofit relief organizations currently toiling away in Haiti, where hundreds of people have died over the past several weeks.

Teaming with the Pan American Development Foundation and the World Food Program, Yelé Haiti is planning for a massive emergency food delivery to begin within the next few days.

"My country is facing a serious catastrophe at the moment, and we urgently require assistance," Jean said. "But the long-term catastrophe is that we have less than 2 percent tree cover, and without restoring our forests, we will always be susceptible to mudslides and flash floods from storms and hurricanes."

Telethon Stands Up With More Than $100 Million

Even in a tough economy, people will open their wallets for a great cause!

Organizers say Friday night's historic, star-studded Stand Up to Cancer telethon helped push donations to the charity past the $100 million mark.

"On behalf of the Stand Up To Cancer leadership team, we are tremendously grateful to everyone who contributed to make this historic event a success," said Lisa Paulsen, head of the Entertainment Industry Foundation, the charitable organization behind Stand Up to Cancer. "This money will go directly to funding the research programs necessary to defeat this insidious disease."

More than 100 stars from music, sports, TV and film, including cancer survivors Sheryl Crow, Christina Applegate and Lance Armstrong, came together for Friday's live telethon, which was co-emceed by rival network news anchors Katie Couric, Charles Gibson and Brian Williams.

Stand Up to Cancer Gets a Rise Out of Hollywood

The stars came out tonight with hopes of brightening the way for years to come.

Halle Berry, Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Aniston, Salma Hayek, Ellen DeGeneres, Keanu Reeves, Billy Crystal, Scarlett Johansson, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, Casey Affleck, America Ferrera, Fran Drescher, Forest Whitaker, John Krasinski, Christina Applegate, Josh Brolin and Masi Oka are just some of the A-listers who participated Friday in the Stand Up to Cancer telethon, benefiting cancer research, at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.

Meryl Streep, Charlize Theron, the stars of Lost, Lance Armstrong, Tina Fey and some fellow 30 Rockers, Carson Daly and Tom Green also spoke up via video.

But despite a roster of names that wouldn't have seemed out of place at the Oscars, it was sobering to see how many of the event's participants' lives have been affected by cancer, including Applegate, who, after being diagnosed with breast cancer this year, underwent a preventative double mastectomy, and Katie Couric, whose husband, Jay Monahan, died of colon cancer in 1998.
