Jessica Alba’s brother, Josh, has revealed some exclusive details to E! News about the baby and her arrival.

“Jessica did everything natural,” he says. “It was all natural. It went really well.”

As for baby Honor Marie Warren, the first child for Jessica and husband Cash Warren?

“She is gorgeous,” says Uncle Josh. “She looks just like my sister.”

Jessica Alba has officially entered MILFdom.

The Fantastic Four star and husband Cash Warren "welcomed a healthy baby girl" in Los Angeles on Saturday, publicist Brad Cafarelli confirmed to E! News.

The genetically blessed Honor Marie Warren is the couple's first child. No further details were released.

Alba, 27, was spotted entering Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday night.

She and Warren, 29, announced their pregnancy in December. They married in an under-the-radar civil ceremony May 19 at the Beverly Hills Courthouse.

The mom-to-be reveals that she won't be able to make it to the Love Guru premiere June 11, saying she and husband Cash Warren have spent the past month prepping for their new arrival.

That's good news for fans who can compete to win Jess' tickets to the star-studded premiere on her MySpace Celebrity page.

And better news for media outlets tracking the arrival of Baby Alba-Warren. Light, camera and the countdown to delivery begins!

Talk about under the radar.

Before the celeb-watching world even had the chance to speculate on wedding themes, mother-to-be Jessica Alba has gone and very quietly tied the knot with Cash Warren.

The actress' rep confirms to E! News that the comely twosome made it official on Monday, though its unclear where the ceremony took place or how many of their loved ones comprised the guest list.

As it is, the low-key couple has long kept mum on the finer points of their private life, only reluctantly confirming their engagement last December, just weeks after announcing their pregnancy.

The camera-ready couple first met in the fall of 2004 on the set of the Fantastic Four, where Warren worked as the director's assistant.

Their nuptial news, first reported by People, marks the first of two big announcements the 27-year-old actress and 29-year-old entrepreneur are expected to make this spring.

Still to come is the birth of their first child, whom guests at her baby shower last month confirmed was going to be a girl.

Jessica Alba, who graces the cover of the June/July issue of Fit Pregnancy, is just one of several celebs who are prepping for diaper duty this summer.

And when it comes to child rearing, the Fantastic Four star tells the magazine, "I don't want to be my child's friend; I want to be a mom."

Of course, in the case of 17-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears, who is also due to drop soon, no one will blame her kid if it can't help but look at mom and think friend, or playmate, for that matter.

Then, there are also those returning for an encore performance, including hot mama Gwen Stefani as well as Angelina Jolie, who just confirmed she is having twins—though her reported due date of Aug. 19 seems to be at odds with the very pregnant photos taken last week at Cannes.

Meanwhile, Nicole Kidman is barely even showing, though it feels like she's been preggers forever.

For someone not always (OK, never) seen as a serious thespian, Jessica Alba certainly has the "lady doth protest too much" routine down pat.

The 27-year-old mama-to-be attempts to set the record straight on her career priorities in the new issue of Allure: Commerce over art every time, unless there's a bikini involved.

When asked why she hasn't appeared in more independent, art-house fare, the expectant star gives a refreshingly candid answer, if not one that'll likely keep Sundance at bay for quite some time.

"To me, box office is the most important thing," she says. "If the movie makes money, then I'm fine."

You gotta give the girl some credit for honesty.

His name may make him sound like a NASCAR driver, but Cash Warren wasn't exactly burning rubber as he and his pregnant fiancée, Jessica Alba, drove away from Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills last night.

Of course, in this vid, the paps sure make it sound like they were. Lawsuit in the making, anyone?

Still, even if he did rev his engine, would you blame the guy for tapping into his primordial instinct of wanting to protect his fiancée and their unborn cub from the the snap-happy beasts around them?

Everybody knows Jessica Alba is in a family way. After all, she had a Hollywood baby shower two weeks ago with famous pals like Rashida Jones, Jamie King and Kim Kardashian. But Jess held a second baby shower this weekend to celebrate her family values—not just celebrities.

“The first one was thrown by her friends, but her mom wanted to throw something more intimate for the family,” a source tells E! exclusively. “She is from Pomona, so this is for her family in 909.”

Guests were encouraged to bring their “favorite childhood book to start Jessica and Cash’s baby library.” And the progrowth policy didn't stop there.

The shower invitations were printed on composted paper filled with wildflower seeds, so guests can plant their cards in the ground and “participate in the celebration of life.”
