Looks like Britney fans will have to stick with Chaotic if they're itching to watch the star on grainy videotape.

British-based Heat magazine reported earlier Monday that photographer/Spears-ex Adnan Ghalib confirmed to them he has a sex tape of himself with the pop star.

 However, a source close to Britney Spears is throwing cold water on the Heat story.

"The story is completely false," the source tells E! News.

Spears' rep at Jive Records has not responded to calls seeking comment.

Ghalib is also playing hard to get. His cell phone number is disconnected. His former photo agency, JFX, tells E! News that Ghalib "never worked for us" and has not been able to provide any contact information for him.

Despite his trial and all that tribulation, R. Kelly remains a man of the people. The legal people, that is.

"I have some 19-year-old friends. But I don't like anybody illegal, if that's what we're talking about, underage," he said recently when asked during an interview with BET News whether he has a thing for teenage girls.

A half-hour special, featuring the R&B star's first public sit-down since being acquitted on child pornography charges in June, aired last night on the cable network.

While BET correspondent Toure didn't directly address the accusation that, nearly a decade ago, Kelly made a videotape of himself having sex with a then-13-year-old girl, he did ask the "Trapped in the Closet" purveyor—who continued to tour and make platinum-selling albums while being investigated by Chicago authorities for years—about his state of mind throughout the ordeal.

Someone has let the movie out of the bag.

The notorious Verne Troyer sex tape is now on the market, meaning the once-missing tape has surfaced.

The right to view the footage can be purchased via a website called SexWithMiniMe.com, which is decorated in a 1960s, Spy Who Shagged Me-inspired theme. (Clicking takes you to the "you must be 18" page.)

As per the terms of a settlement he reached with adult-film distributor SugarDVD, the tape could not be peddled without Troyer's approval, and a rep for the actor denies that he had any involvement in its release.

Verne Troyer is finding out the hard way that you can't copyright a sex tape that doesn't exist. Or at least, that has no paper trail.

The erstwhile Mini-Me has hit yet another snag in his quest to prevent the sex tape made with former girlfriend Ranae Shrider from becoming public fodder, coming up empty in his search to locate a copy of the X-rated footage, thereby copywriting it and, ideally, preventing its distribution.

Shrider, unsurprisingly, has provided no assistance to her diminutive former better half, with her manager telling the Los Angeles Times she hasn't seen the tape since selling it to an anonymous man who approached her with a wad of cash outside their once-shared house.

"He just said, 'Here's some money,' " Shrider's manager, Holly Bannon, told the paper. "She just wanted to be rid of it, so she said OK."

No one gets Verne Troyer more interviews than he's had in years and gets away with it!

The diminutive actor has sued the ex-girlfriend who leaked their sex tape to TMZ.com, contending that her actions constituted "perhaps the most flagrant violation of an individual's personal privacy rights" and that, on more than one occasion, she got rough with him after he tried to break up with her. Maybe all Verne Troyer ever wanted was a little more say in the matter.

The diminutive actor has settled the $20 million lawsuit that he filed last month against TMZ.com, an adult film distributor and celebrity porn broker Kevin Blatt after a clip of a sex tape he made with a former girlfriend was posted on the celebrity-gossip site.

Troyer attorney Edwin McPherson said Friday that his client never plans on selling the tape, but Blatt and online renter SugarDVD signed agreements requiring the Love Guru sidekick's permission before they are ever allowed to further promote or profit from the video.

Mini-Me has been having some major problems.

Verne Troyer gave E! News an exclusive interview on Tuesday afternoon about the recent drama over the unauthorized release of a sex tape with his ex-girlfriend Ranae Shrider, as well as the death of his costar and friend Heath Ledger.

“I feel like I have no privacy," Troyer said. "Just because people are seeing something that was meant to be between me and her. That's the biggest reason that I'm, you know, trying to stop the tape from being released.”

Lawyers for Verne Troyer convinced a California federal judge to grant a week's extension of a court order temporarily barring a porn dealer from distributing a sex tape the pint-size actor made with former gal-pal and wannabe actress Ranae Shrider.

The original order had been set to expire on Monday. U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez agreed to give the dueling parties more time to work out an amicable settlement.

A federal judge has granted a temporary restraining order preventing distributors from haggling over the new Verne Troyer sex tape and TMZ.com—or any other site—from posting anymore clips of the 50-minute video.

Troyer sued TMZ, celeb-porn broker Kevin Blatt and online adult-film rental service SugarDVD for $20 million, claiming violation of privacy and right to publicity, copyright and trademark infringement and misappropriation of name and likeness.
