Here's to a speedy recovery.

Nine days after surviving a fiery, deadly plane crash, former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been released from Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Ga.

"He was discharged this morning at 10 a.m.," hospital spokeswoman Beth Frits told E! News.

The 32-year-old rocker was admitted, along with Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, following the Sept. 19 takeoff crash of their Learjet, a mishap that left the four others onboard dead.

With friends like Jermaine Dupri, who needs a publicist?

The music producer, Travis Barker's So So Def clothing line partner, has been speaking out on his on-the-mend friend, saying the former Blink-182 drummer remains positive and is looking forward to leaving the hospital after last week's fatal plane crash.

Dupri visited Barker, who, along with Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, was critically injured in the incident, at Georgia's Joseph Still Burn Center on Sunday.

"He's doing good, he's gonna be all right. He's just got a lot of healing to do," Dupri told People.

DMX Hospitalized, No Court This Week

DMX Paul Redmond/WireImage.com

Things are really shaping up strangely for DMX.

The 37-year-old rapper was hospitalized Monday in Florida, meaning so much for tomorrow's court date in Arizona related to his ongoing animal-cruelty and drug-possession case.

Without disclosing exactly what was ailing DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, attorney Bradford Cohen told Billboard.com that "it was serious enough for him to be brought and taken into a treatment facility.

"He spent the night there last night and he will probably spend tonight there as well," Cohen said Tuesday. "I don't think it's going to be an ongoing thing or a life-threatening situation. He's going to be alright."

When asked whether it wasn't quite the coincidence that DMX—who was recently extradited back to Phoenix from Miami on an outstanding warrant for missing a hearing—had ended up in the hospital on the eve of a court date, Bradford said that he didn't think the setback would negatively affect his client's case.

Entrée to O.J. Simpson's new trial should come with a warning: May be hazardous to your health.

A week after one of the Juice's alleged armed robbery victims fell ill on the stand, Vanity Fair columnist and celebrity-crime expert Dominick Dunne—a fixture on the sidelines of Simpson's 1995 murder trial—was briefly hospitalized Monday after experiencing pain while listening to testimony this morning.

Him and everybody else…

Seriously, though, Dunne, who is fighting bladder cancer and has plans to return to his home base of New York this weekend for further treatment, told reporters that he had been examined and expected to be out of the hospital later today.

Sheen's Pregnant Wife OK After Emergency Surgery

Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller Jeff Vespa/WireImage.com

Charlie Sheen's pregnant wife, Brooke Mueller, is apparently a quick healer following a trip to the hospital for emergency surgery.

Mueller, who is in her first trimester, had been dealing with mystery pangs for a month and, sources close to the couple tell E! News, had been fearful the pain was related to the baby.

Things got so excruciating that she needed to be admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center a little more than a week ago.

Doctors ultimately determined that Mueller required emergency gall-bladder surgery, an operation that can be risky during the early stages of pregnancy.

The suit fits for Ed McMahon.

A Los Angeles judge ruled Thursday that the famed Tonight Show sidekick can move forward with his negligence and elder abuse lawsuit against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

In so doing, L.A. Superior Court Judge John P. Shook denied the defense's motion to require McMahon to provide more evidence in order to pursue his lengthy list of accusations.

Hilary Swank Recovering After Hospital Procedure

Hilary Swank's latest role: outpatient.

The two-time Oscar winner is back home for some R&R after undergoing what her manager characterized as a minor medical procedure to remove a small growth.

Swank was "experiencing some discomfort and went to see her doctor, who prescribed an immediate course of action that included a brief hospitalization to remove a small, benign growth," manager Jason Weinberg said in a statement.

"Her condition has been resolved and there are no continuing health issues, with the exception of some short-term rest and recuperation."

Weinberg did not provide any further details. Swank, who recently finished shooting the aviatrix biopic Amelia, returned to Los Angeles just days ago after spending time hobnobbing with fellow A-listers in New York during Fashion Week.

Runway Still the Funway for Klum & Kors

Dishing on the down-low during the Project Runway finale in Bryant Park, designer Michael Kors and supermodel hostess Heidi Klum share a moment. Maybe they were joking about how Jennifer Lopez pulled out as judge due to an ankle problem. And no, we're not saying she's got fat ankles.

This was reportedly an actual injury that kept J.Lo from judging the fashion competition (Tim Gunn volunteered in the stitch of time), but won't keep her out of her charity triathlon on Sunday. Huh?

There's no crying in baseball, but apparently there are fashion-judging injuries. Who knew?

Wonderwall Not Enough to Stop Oasis Attack

UPDATE: Oasis did end up canceling Tuesday's show in London, Ontario, to allow Noel Gallagher more time to recover from injuries he suffered Sunday night when a fan jumped him during the band's performance at the Virgin Festival in Toronto. They have rescheduled for Dec. 15. The band's show Friday in New York City is also in doubt.

Never underestimate the determined vengeance of a Jay-Z fan.

Kidding aside, Oasis guitarist and chief songwriter Noel Gallagher was admitted to a hospital in Toronto Sunday night after a man rushed the stage and attacked the British rocker, leaving him with a possibly fractured rib and suspected ligament damage.

Stand Up to Cancer Gets a Rise Out of Hollywood

Christina Applegate abc

The stars came out tonight with hopes of brightening the way for years to come.

Halle Berry, Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Aniston, Salma Hayek, Ellen DeGeneres, Keanu Reeves, Billy Crystal, Scarlett Johansson, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, Casey Affleck, America Ferrera, Fran Drescher, Forest Whitaker, John Krasinski, Christina Applegate, Josh Brolin and Masi Oka are just some of the A-listers who participated Friday in the Stand Up to Cancer telethon, benefiting cancer research, at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.

Meryl Streep, Charlize Theron, the stars of Lost, Lance Armstrong, Tina Fey and some fellow 30 Rockers, Carson Daly and Tom Green also spoke up via video.

But despite a roster of names that wouldn't have seemed out of place at the Oscars, it was sobering to see how many of the event's participants' lives have been affected by cancer, including Applegate, who, after being diagnosed with breast cancer this year, underwent a preventative double mastectomy, and Katie Couric, whose husband, Jay Monahan, died of colon cancer in 1998.

Winehouse Faces Legal Action Over Paris No-Show

Amy Winehouse Goff/INFphoto.com

If Amy Winehouse thinks she can take an unlimited number of sick days without consequence, some French officials have a message for her: au contraire.

The ever-troubled British songbird is facing possible legal action from the organizers of Paris' Rock En Seine musicfest after she pulled out of a Friday headlining gig just hours before she was expected to hit the stage, citing, per usual, an unspecified illness.

Organizers of the three-day music festival said they were given just two hours' notice that Winehouse would not be appearing, and they weren't satisfied with her justification for the no-show.

"Because of the conditions of this cancellation, the festival has taken the decision to start legal proceedings," reads a message on the festival's website.
